Set in the year 2027; Roga is a cyborg that takes care of crime. He's able to catch criminals swiftly with all the tools and powers at his disposal. Yet, there's one criminal that he can never catch as he's always outsmarted by him. The odd thing about it is that once Roga's worn out from all his failed attempts, he comes back to lend a hand with the rest of the ongoing crimes. What does this strange criminal want?
